Climate Care has announced two new carbon offset projects that bring together the dual goals of cutting greenhouse gas emissions while implementing genuine sustainable development. We have committed to funding these new projects through the Ashden Awards for sustainable energy.

The Awards were presented by the Secretary of State for International Development, The Rt. Hon. Hilary Benn MP, at the Ashden Awards ceremony on 29th June. Both are great examples of what high quality carbon offset projects can achieve both for communities and the environment. The two projects are in Honduras and India.
